The Connecticut State Register and Manual is a compilation of useful information about each branch of the state government and biographical information on the officials in those branches, state agency contact information, information about each of the towns and their officials, text of the federal and state constitutions, and general Connecticut history and lore. It is updated annually by the Secretary of the State of Connecticut. New editions are normally available each autumn.
