The Connecticut Law Reporter

The Connecticut Law Reporter is a weekly publication that includes the full text of selected Connecticut Superior Court opinions. Each opinion is digested and sorted by topic in the front matter so the busy attorney need only scan the topics of interest to see which opinions are important to his or her practice. Also included are digests sorted by topic of important Connecticut Supreme and Appellate court opinions.

Each week, the reported Superior Court opinions are indexed by case name, by Statute and Practice Book Rules, and by topic. Every eight weeks the Reporter includes a cumulative index of opinions by party name, statutes and practice book rules, topic, and author of all the cases reported in that volume up to that point, making it easy to locate an opinion you might have seen several weeks earlier. The final issue of each volume includes a cumulative index of all opinions for that volume.
